You need to meet a few conditions to purchase an InsureMyTesla policy.
The insured person
The policyholder:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have their main residence in Belgium
Must have a valid driver's licence in Belgium
Risk factors:
Number of at-fault accidents
Previous withdrawal of driver's licence or evidence of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication
Previous cancellation of policy by an insurer
The main or additional driver:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have their main residence in Belgium
Must have a valid driver's licence in Belgium

Number of at-fault accidents
The vehicle
The country your Tesla is registered in must be the same as the country of the cover.
Commercial use is not allowed. Insurance cover is not provided for Teslas used for commercial passenger transport (e.g. taxi, Uber) or commercial hire.
No insurance cover is provided for diplomatic vehicles/plates.
Your Tesla to be insured must be Model S, Model 3, Model X or Model Y.
The insured Tesla may exceed the number of kilometres stated when purchasing the insurance, but the premium will be increased accordingly.
Your Tesla must meet all legal and regulatory requirements for driving in areas where liability insurance is mandatory.
