Eligibility rules
You need to meet a few conditions in order to purhcase this insurance.
The insured person
- Is at least 18 years old.
- Has his/her principal residence in Spain. (excluding canary islands and Balearic Islands)
- Has valid driver's licence in Spain.
- Aggravating factors:
- Number of at-fault accidents
- Previous withdrawal of driver's licence or evidence of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
- Prior cancellation of your policy by an insurer (rule valid only for the policyholder)
The vehicle
- Must be registered in Spain.
- Commercial use (e.g., commercial passenger transportation - cab, Uber, etc.) is not permitted.
- Diplomatic vehicles are not covered.
- Must be a Tesla.
- You may exceed the number of kilometres indicated at the time of taking out the insurance during the period covered, but the premium will increase accordingly.
- Your vehicle must meet all legal and regulatory requirements for driving in areas where liability insurance is mandatory.
