You need to meet a few conditions in order to purhcase this insurance.
The insured person
Is at least 18 years old.
Has his/her principal residence in Spain.
Has valid driver's licence in Spain.
Aggravating factors:
Number of at-fault accidents
Previous withdrawal of driver's licence or evidence of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
Prior cancellation of your policy by an insurer (rule valid only for the policyholder)
The vehicle
Must be registered in Spain.
Commercial use (e.g., commercial passenger transportation - cab, Uber, etc.) is not permitted.
Diplomatic vehicles are not covered.
Must be a Tesla.
You may exceed the number of kilometres indicated at the time of taking out the insurance during the period covered, but the premium will increase accordingly.
Your vehicle must meet all legal and regulatory requirements for driving in areas where liability insurance is mandatory.
