You must meet a few conditions to purchase this insurance.
The insured person
Is at least 18 years old.
Has his/her main residence in Austria.
Has a valid driver's licence in Austria.
Aggravation factors:
Number of at-fault accidents
Previous withdrawal of their driver's licence or evidence of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication
Previous cancellation of their policy by an insurer (rule valid only for the policyholder)
The vehicle
Must be registered in Austria.
Commercial use is not permitted (e.g. commercial passenger transport – taxi, Uber, etc. – or commercial rental).
No cover is provided for diplomatic vehicles/plates.
Must be a Tesla.
May exceed the number of kilometres indicated at the time of purchasing the insurance and driven during the covered period, but the premium will be increased accordingly.
Your vehicle must meet all legal and regulatory requirements for driving in areas where liability insurance is mandatory.
