InsureMyTesla is provided by Helvetia Global Solutions Ltd located at Aeulestrasse 60, FL-9490 Vaduz. Helvetia is an insurance company regulated by the Financial Markets Authority of the Principality of Liechtenstein (FMA). Helvetia is entitled to provide insurance distribution services in the Netherlands on the basis of the freedom of services and is registered in the Netherlands under the code number 12047601.
This insurance policy is managed by Qover SA, a non-tied insurance agent authorised and regulated by the Financial Services & Markets Authority (FSMA - Belgium - registration No. 0650.939.878). Registered office: Rue du Commerce 31, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. Qover is entitled to provide insurance distribution services in The Netherlands on the basis of the freedom of services.
InsureMyTesla is a non-life insurance product (Branch 3, 9, 10 and 18).
This contract is entered into for a period of one year. It shall be tacitly renewed for consecutive periods of one year.
This insurance is subject to Dutch law.
